توضح هذه السياسة قواعد الاسترداد للمشتريات والاشتراكات في SADSAI، ويشار إليها اختصارًا باسم SAI. بإتمام عملية شراء، فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.

1. المدفوعات نهائية

جميع المشتريات والاشتراكات والمدفوعات في SAI نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد أو الاستبدال أو التحويل بمجرد إتمام عملية الدفع.

2. الاستثناء الإلزامي بموجب القانون

الاستثناء الوحيد هو عندما يفرض القانون المعمول به استرداد المبلغ أو يمنحك حقًا إلزاميًا لا يجوز التنازل عنه. في هذه الحالة، سنلتزم بالمتطلبات القانونية الواجبة التطبيق.

3. إلغاء الاشتراك

إذا كان لديك اشتراك متجدد، يمكنك إلغاء التجديد المستقبلي وفق خيارات الحساب أو قناة الدفع المتاحة. لا يؤدي الإلغاء إلى استرداد المدفوعات السابقة، ويستمر الوصول المدفوع حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة ما لم يقتض القانون خلاف ذلك.

4. مشاكل الدفع

إذا اعتقدت أن هناك خصمًا مكررًا أو عملية غير مصرح بها أو خطأً تقنيًا في الدفع، فتواصل معنا عبر قنوات الدعم المتاحة حتى نراجع الحالة.

5. تحديثات السياسة

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. تسري النسخة المنشورة من تاريخ آخر تحديث وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.

This policy explains the refund rules for purchases and subscriptions in SADSAI, also referred to as SAI. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

1. Payments are final

All SAI purchases, subscriptions, and payments are final and non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable once payment is completed.

2. Mandatory legal exception

The only exception is when applicable law requires a refund or gives you a mandatory right that cannot be waived. In that case, we will comply with the applicable legal requirement.

3. Subscription cancellation

If you have a recurring subscription, you may cancel future renewals through the available account or payment-channel options. Cancellation does not refund prior payments. Paid access continues until the end of the paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Payment issues

If you believe you were charged twice, charged without authorization, or affected by a technical payment error, contact us through the available support channels so we can review the issue.

5. Policy updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The posted version applies from its last-updated date to the extent permitted by law.
